RUN WITH IT RACING LLC was founded after a local tragedy affected the lives of several people, received national media attention, and for the founder, Claire Dorotik, came too close to home.

When the lives of many people were forever changed by the horrific Aurora Theatre Shooting, and the families of those affected struggled to reclaim their lives, Claire Dorotik, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a speciality in trauma, and a lifelong runner, realized she had to do more.

Founding RUN WITH IT RACING was not just a way to give back and support the families and victims of the Aurora Theatre Shooting as well as several other seldom recognized charities, but also a way to provide the same empowerment through running that she herself had always found.

The goal of RUN WITH IT RACING is to provide the highest quality ultra marathons in some of the most scenic parks and open spaces of Colorado, while organizing people around a common cause that inspires all and gives back to those who truly need it the most. 

As a 501 C3, RUN WITH IT RACING donates 100% of race proceeds to each of it's charitable causes. Charities supported by RUN WITH IT RACING include, Colorado Office for Victims Assistance, Dumb Friends League, Horses ion the Hood, and Cancer Research Fund.
